a full service litigation law firm with an emphasis on management labor and
employment matters, business law and defamation law. Founded in 1990, provides high caliber, personal representation to its clients without the impersonal nature and high cost of the big firms. We are located on the 32nd floor of the Bell Atlantic Tower in the heart of Philadelphia's Financial District and consists of four attorneys, four paralegals and a full support staff. The firm handles major federal, state and municipal litigation throughout the country. The Firm is listed in the Martindale-Hubbell Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers and has the highest Legal Ability and Ethical Rating available (AV). In 2004, Philadelphia Magazine based upon ballots sent to all PA attorneys, chose founding partner Neil A. Morris as one of Pennsylvania’s Super Lawyers in Labor and Employment law. The Firm is special/labor counsel for the 7th largest municipality in Pennsylvania, Bensalem Township, Bucks County as well as New Britain, Solebury, and Upper Makefield Townships; in Chester County for the Borough of Kennett Square, East Fallowfield, New Garden, Valley and West Pikeland Townships; and in Montgomery County for Towamencin Township. We are also special counsel to the County of Bucks. The Firm represents major stock exchange listed corporations and privately held companies as well. In addition to management representation, the Firm continues to represent individuals and employees, including many Municipal Managers, Chiefs of Police and police officers in employment related matters. Many law firms have retained the Firm for representation in business disputes, including shareholder withdrawal actions, corporate/partnership dissolution and legal malpractice defense. The Firm also represents employers before federal and state administrative agencies including The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), U.S. Department of Labor, U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), Pennsylvania Labor Relations Board and Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission (PHRC).
